Q1: What if I have questions after my lesson?
A1: If you have any questions, please make sure to ask your teacher during your lesson. If you would like extra time with your teacher, please ask. If she is available, you will be charged per additional 1/4 hour or any fraction thereof.
This same theory applies to extended show times. Additional charges for shows depend on the services being retained.
Q2: Refund Policy: Can I receive a refund on my hula/Tahitian lesson or show?
A2: No. We pride ourselves in top quality lessons and shows. All sales are final.
Q3: Deposit Refund Policy: Can I receive a refund on my hula/Tahitian lesson or show deposit?
A3: No. Wanna Hula will be refusing additional business due to your reservation. Therefore, you will not be eligible for any deposit refunds.
A4: No. Your information will remain private. The only exception to this is the standard release that you need to fill out in order to receive your Hula/Tahitian lesson pictures, video or website and third party partners that we are working with directly to ensure your highest level of customer service.
Q5: Security Policy: Will you have access to my credit card info if I pay by PayPal or your online reservation/order system?
A5: No. Stripe and PayPal do not give Wanna Hula your credit card information. If you do not have internet access, you may submit your debit/credit card payment by phone or at the time of lesson. This information will remain confidential and be stored in a safe place.
Q6: What type of payments do you accept?
A6: We accept cash, checks, PayPal, debit/check cards, and credit cards. There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks. We do not accept money orders at the time of lesson. And we definitely do not accept additional payments to pay other vendors.
HULA/TAHITIAN VIDEO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q1: What exactly is contained on my Hula or Tahitian video?
A1: Your custom Hula or Tahitian dance video will contain your entire dance choreography.
Q2: How do I use my Hula or Tahitian video?
A2: Simply press the link in your email and download your video. Or pop your DVD into a DVD player and press play. You may choose to learn your choreography with no music. Or for optimal enjoyment, you may select to play your own personal music on a separate music player at the same time. We deeply apologize! We understand that this is difficult to do when you are already learning something new. However, this is necessary in order to keep costs down and produce your DVD faster. If you are interested in adding music to your DVD, simply let us know. We will need to secure licensing from the song writer, song artist and publishing company. Please know this will take additional time. Depending on the song and situation, fees may be in excess of $100,000. Again, we deeply apologize for this situation. Please bear with us. (hug)
Q3: Can I make special requests for my Hula/Tahitian video?
A3: Yes. There will be an additional $10 charge per special request.
Special requests may include:
- Additional versions of the song: Easy, Medium or Challenging (additional $10 each)
- Hula, Tahitian or Maori dance implements (additional $10 each)
Q4: Will my video download or DVD have music on it?
A4: No. We apologize. Due to music copyright laws, we are unable to do this for most clients. (See A2.)
Q5: Can you redo the video download or DVD if I don't like it?
A5: No. We will ask you a series of questions to make sure that your video/DVD is what you want and email you a confirmation of your specifications. Once the order is placed and the video download or DVD is made, you will need to order another custom Hula/Tahitian video or DVD.
Q6: Refund Policy: May I receive a refund if the video download or DVD is not to my liking?
A6: No. There will be absolutely no refunds. Your Hula/Tahitian video download or DVDis choreographed and custom made especially for you.
Q7: Return Policy: Can I return my video download or DVD if it doesn't work?
A7: Yes. We preview all our DVDs and video downloads for quality assurance before they are released. However, in the unlikely event that there is a manufacturer's defect of the DVD or video download, you are able to exchange it for the same item. This return and exchange must be done 15 days of the DVD's or video download's original receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping charges if there are any.
A8: No. Your information will remain private.
Q9: Security Policy: Will you have access to my credit card info if I pay by PayPal or your automated reservation/ordering system?
A9: No. Stripe (automated reservation/ordering system utilized) and PayPal do not give Wanna Hula your credit card information. This information will remain confidential Wanna Hula does not ever receive this information.
Q10: How long will it take for my video download or DVD to be made?
A10: It takes about 6 weeks to complete a custom video download or DVD from the time of your order and payment's clearance. This does not include shipping time or fees. If you would like your video or DVD produced 3 weeks early, please submit a $20 rush fee.
Q11: What type of payments do you accept?
A11: We accept cash, checks, PayPal, debit/check cards, and credit cards. There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks. Due to Nigerian scams, we do not encourage money orders. However, if you choose to submit a money order, please be advised that it will be cashed at the place of purchase. Wanna Hula will wait until it is cleared before proceeding with your order. This may result in production delays.
