HULA ON-DEMAND™ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q1:  What exactly is contained on my Hula On-Demand DVD™?

A1:  For $39.99, your custom hula or Tahitian dance DVD will contain your entire dance
choreography repeated three times.  There will be a green start screen between each song.  This
is your indication to push play on your music player.


Q2:  How do I use my Hula On-Demand DVD™?

A2:  1) Simply pop your DVD into your DVD player.  2) Place your music CD in your CD player.  
3) Press play on your DVD player.  4) When you see the green "start" screen, press play on your
CD player for optimum enjoyment.


Q3:  Can I make special requests for my Hula On-Demand DVD™?

A3:  Yes.  There will be an additional $10 charge per special request.  
Special requests may include:
-Additional versions of the song:  Easy, Medium or Challenging (additional $10 each)
-Choreography broken down into just hands or just footwork      (additional $10 each)

**For a limited time only, these special request fees will be waived.  


Q4:  Will my DVD have music on it?  

A4:  No.  You will receive a separate music CD for your optimum enjoyment.  If you already have
the CD, we highly recommend just having the DVD shipped.  This allows us to be environmentally
friendly and save you money on shipping.  If you are overseas, we apologize.  Due to export laws,
we cannot ship a music CD to you.


Q5:  Can you redo the DVD if I don't like it?

A5:  No.  We will ask you a series of questions to make sure that your DVD is what you want and
email you a confirmation of your specifications. Once the order is placed and the DVD is made,
you will need to order another custom Hula On-Demand DVD™.


Q6:  Refund Policy:  May I receive a refund if the DVD is not to my liking?

A6:  No.  There will be absolutely no refunds.  Your Hula On-Demand DVD™ is choreographed
and custom made
especially for you.  Like any other DVD store, once you open the DVD's seal,
you are unable to get a refund.  This is due to burning and returning issues.  


Q7:  Return Policy:  Can I return my DVD if it doesn't work?

A7:  Yes.  We preview all our DVDs for quality assurance before they are released.  However, in
the unlikely event that there is a manufacturer's defect of the DVD, you are able to exchange it for
the same item.  This return and exchange must be done 15 days of the DVD's original receipt.  
You will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Q8:  Privacy Policy:  Will you ever sell or give out my personal information?

A8:  No.  Your information will remain private.  


Q9:  Security Policy:  Will you have access to my credit card info if I pay by PayPal?

A9:  No.  PayPal does not give Wanna Hula your credit card information.  If you do not have
internet access, you may submit your debit/credit card payment by phone to a Wanna Hula
representative at 1-877-677-HULA (4852).  This information will remain confidential and be stored
in a safe place.


Q10:  How long will it take for my DVD to be made?

A10:  It takes about 6 weeks to complete a custom DVD from the time of your payment's receipt
and clearance.  This does not include shipping time or fees.  If you would like your DVD produced
3 weeks early, please submit a $20 rush fee.


Q11:  What type of payments do you accept?

A11:  We recommend cash payment because it is the most cost effective for you.  However, we
also accept checks, PayPal, debit/check cards, credit cards.  There will be a $40 fee for all
returned checks.  Due to Nigerian scams, we do not encourage money orders.  However, if you
choose to submit a money order, please be advised that it will be cashed at the place of
purchase.  Wanna Hula will wait until it is cleared before proceeding with your order.  This may
result in production delays.


Q12:  How do I know if I am dancing correctly?

A12:  Try our new
Hula On-Demand Video Course™!

Send Sarah a video of your hula dancing.  Sarah will personally view your video.  You will then
receive a return hula video message.  This hula video message will include easy to follow
examples on how to improve your hula dancing based on your video.

A great solution for if you can't find a hula or Tahitian class in your hometown or want to chart
your hula dance progress over time!

LESSON & SHOW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:


Q1:  What if I have questions after my lesson?

A1:  If you have any questions, please make sure to ask your teacher during your lesson.  If you
would like extra time with your teacher, please ask.  If she is available, you will be charged an
additional $25 per additional 1/4 hour or any fraction thereof.  

This same theory applies to extended show times.  Additional charges for shows depend on the
services being retained.


Q2:  How early do I need to make lesson reservations?

A2:  At Wanna Hula, we respect your time.  Please respect ours.  Confirm your reservations at
least 3 days in advance.  Reservations confirmed after 3 days in advance will be subject to an
additional $50 fee.  


Q3:  Refund Policy:  Can I receive a refund on my hula/Tahitian lesson or show?

A3:  No.  We pride ourselves in top quality lessons and shows.  All sales are final.  


Q4:  Deposit Refund Policy:  Can I receive a refund on my hula/Tahitian lesson or show deposit?

A4:  No.  Wanna Hula will be refusing additional business due to your reservation.  Therefore, you
will not be eligible for any deposit refunds.
